Telecom Engineer/Technician – Cisco Unified Communication

IMMEDIATE NEED for a CUC Telecom Engineer to join a healthcare company on a 5 month contract with a possibility of contract to hire or extension. Looking for someone to help with CUC phone equipment, cabling, and WAN circuits. Benefits available, including healthcare and sick time.

Responsibilities:


Work in a hands-on operational role with Cisco Unified Communications, cabling, and WAN CircuitsTake on basic Media Access Control all the way up to site implementationsTroubleshoot voice circuitsVery strong customer service skillsImplement, configure, and administer Cisco Call Manager, Call Center, and Unity environmentSupport Nortel TDM and VoIP platforms
Qualifications:


5+ years of Telecommunication experience, with strong Cisco Unified Communications experiencePRI, DID, POTS, GS/LS Trunks, SIP Trunks, Cat 5e/6 cabling
Preferred Qualifications:


Healthcare Provider experience is a plus
