Prepare and submit vouchers to New Org Finance Coordinator
Data Entry
Keep team and event calendars
Create memos, letters and correspondence for VP leading campaign
Work with other departments across the union

Job requirements


Microsoft Office Suite: Word - intermediate; Excel - beginner; Outlook - intermediate
Data Entry Skills
Spanish bilingual preferred by not required
Ability to work with difficult personalities
Able to work with tight deadlines
Able to work assignments with minimum instruction
Ability to work overtime and weekends if necessary
Must be punctual
Excellent verbal and written skills
