Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities include:
Assists the Sales Manager in designing and implementing sales proposals and provide recommendations.
Ensures positive client partnership and customer experience.
Reviews and resolves escalated situations on the phone and implements ways to provide excellent customer service.
Understanding the company’s direction and goals
Collaborates with other departments for effective internal communication.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
