Job description

Our client, an engineering firm in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant to support two Principals and a Marketing Director. Primary responsibilities will include: providing admin assistance to Principals like scheduling, expenses (manual process) and some very light travel, covering reception very occasionally, preparing marketing documents, experience tables, resumes and project summaries, helping manage company function preparations including ordering supplies, food, and company logo apparel/gadgets, typing and formatting letters, reports and technical documents for Client distribution, assembling final .pdf documents and attachments and assisting with database entry and preparing/assembling PowerPoint documents. The ideal candidate will have a very strong technical skill-set, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel; qualified candidates will also have at least 5 years of administrative experience.
