HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Support the Change Management strategy and develop/or refine adoption, engagement, program change management plans for one or more projects and multiple workstreams


• Identify, analyze, measure and prepare risk assessments with respect to user adoption


• Create stakeholder analysis, assess the level of change and change support needed, define an engagement strategy and execution plans for each workstream


• Document change impacts for each workstream for each release (e.g. process, technology, new way of thinking) utilizing our digital workbench to analyze the organization’s change environment holistically


• Work with project leadership and business leads to conduct or support necessary assessments such as: change impact analysis, stakeholder interviews and assessments, organizational readiness survey, change activities, risk mitigation to deliver data driven insights, reports, and next steps on change strategy

EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS JOB

• Minimum 6-10 years’ experience effectively providing change management for one or more projects in the context of large, global, strategic, complex transformation


• Experience in change management in the manufacturing industry for ERP implementations with SAP Hana


• Background working with SAP MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and Bill of Materials (BOM)


• Understanding and knowledge of organizational development and change management in support of technology and process change adoption


• Strong working knowledge of one or more change management principles and methodologies


• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills


• Experience providing data analytics, analysis, and reporting


• Ability to quickly learn and willingness to use any required technology tools meant to support, streamline and track overall project and program change management effort


• Prosci or other change management methodology certification preferred

EDUCATION 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, in change management, organizational behavior or business
