Accounts Receivable Lead

Job description

Our client, a growing international corporation, is currently seeking a lead Accounts Receivable candidate to become part of their corporate accounting team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling the entire A/R process including:

• Establishing credit for domestic and international customers
  


• Properly handling cash applications functions and resolving issues proactively
  


• Working with outside parties related to credit insurance
  


• Analyzing issues to determine best ways to resolve them
  


• Communicating well with internal staff, customers, and third-party relationships
  

Qualifications include:

• 6+ years working in a related role
  


• Strong MS Excel experience
  


• Excellent communication skills
  


• Bachelors degree in a business field is preferred
  


• EDI experience is preferred
  


• Understanding of accounting implications related to A/R transactions is preferred
