*NEW* Recruiter/Sourcer Generalist

Well branded industry leader is seeking a Recruiter/Sourcer to help locate, identify and qualify candidates across the organization to fill open positions. 

Responsibililties:


Leverage online recruiting resources, employee referrals, and networking to market, identify and recruit the very best candidates.Work with Project Coordinater who will be scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain accurate candidate workflow in Applicant Tracking System
Requirements:



Bachelor’s Degree is heavily preferred3+ years of experience preferably as a Corporate Recruiter (agency experience will be considered)Preferred having worked in a HealthCare Setting
