Available opening for Customer Service and Order Support position for a multi-Division Contact Center requiring direct customer facing interactions, via phone calls, emails and chats.
This position requires:
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills for order placement, management and customer inquiries, problem-solving.
Process multi-faceted customer requests, complaints and inquiries to resolution
Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as in a Team environment
Predictable and reliable attendance as required
Microsoft software suite and keyboarding skills.
SAP/ERP system software experience is a plus.
Quality System policies and procedures adherence.
A 4-year education BS/BA degree.
Note: Sitting at a desk for >80% of an 8 Hr. shift, while working on the phone or at a computer is required.
