Major Responsibilities:
* Program Planning/Implementation
* Coordinate and manage events and activities
* Help manage (recruit, train, support) volunteers and their contributions
* Complete and review Grant applications
* Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements
* Update, maintain and submit reports as required by state, federal, and granting agencies
* Be a public figure and lead large/integrated public events
Job Requirements:
* Strong communicator - public speaking engagements and written communication to stakeholder will be expected of the role
* Microsoft Office (or equivalent) and Google products proficiency
* Knowledge and effective use of Social Media platforms
* Non-Profit knowledge
* Safe driving record, valid driver's license, and access to a personal vehicle
* Ability to multi-task and jump between projects, on time and under budget
* Ability to maintain the accounting books and reconcile them monthly with software
* Meticulous record keeping
* Ability to negotiate and manage professional relationships and to maintain confidentiality
* Vendor contract review and negotiation
