We are seeking a sharp, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can maintain a sense of urgency to complete tasks quickly and efficiently with little guidance. You will primarily provide administrative and project support for management and the team. You will be highly technical, extremely dependable, trustworthy, hardworking, and able to put in the time to get the job done. You will have a high level of emotional intelligence and an easy-going demeanor. You will be proactive and enthusiastic to assist where no task is too big or too small.

Job requirements

Daily Responsibilities, You will:
-Perform all management and team administrative functions as assigned with a high capacity for details.
-Help create and document best practices, procedures, and process improvement.
-Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed by the team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
-Organize and assist with various and ever-changing personal needs of the owner.
-Full Life Cycle administrative support of multiple special projects to meet strict deadlines, most of which could be confidential and/or have organizational impact.

Required Qualifications
-3-5+ years as an Administrative Assistant focused on Team Support, Special Projects, Management Assistance, and/or Owner Personal Assistance.
-Advanced Skills in Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
-A high level of current technical proficiency with Zoom, DocuSign, CRM, Databases, smartphones, and various Social Media sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
-Preferred experience with other sites: ADP 411, QuickBooks, Resume Search Sites such as Indeed, Monster, Careerbuilder, Dice, etc., and a willingness to learn and navigate these programs independently to become proficient.
-Valid driver's license and Car
-Background Check & Non-Disclosure Agreement Will Be Required
