Demonstrated ability to independently handle major complex matters with superior level of analytical skill including ability to identify both legal and business issues.

Job requirements

Required qualifications:

High School Diploma.

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in law firm or company setting performing legal tasks.

Familiarity with and experience involving state and federal litigation, including court filings.

Familiarity with the preparation of pleadings, briefs, discovery, and document productions.

Familiarity with calendaring court deadlines and researching court rules.
