Is your idea of the “big picture” more of a massive billboard than a framed 8 x 10 photo? We’re seeking a HR Program Manager who is ready to take control of large-scale programs and applications for one of our clients in Greenwood Village, CO. Remote - Can work anywhere!

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT




  • Responsible for the on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery of the Workday systems implementation



  • Lead business and technical stakeholders (in-house and third party) to implement a large-scale Workday enterprise configuration 



  • Manage all new and ongoing vendor relationships for the Workday program, including request for proposals, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and program dependencies such as integrations, data transfers, and ongoing feedback for continued improvements – serve as direct escalation point for vendor



  • Oversee all project workstreams, including any third-party vendors, business readiness, technical build, data migration, technical training, change management, and operational support planning



  • Focus on driving stakeholders to prioritize business constraints, functionality and requirements that lead to measurable impact to improve the employee experience and business efficiencies, ROI/assessment of impact



  • Oversee the development and execution of the project plan and related monitoring frameworks (charter, risk, issue, change logs, etc.) consistently and transparently communicating project risks, progress, launches and retrospectives across all stakeholders and teams



  • Develop and execute an effective change management and communication plan that leverages and empowers stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption with the most efficient use of company resources



  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-specification delivery on program



  • Manage the project budget and ensure that safe and ethical business practices are implemented and continuously adhered to throughout the project






EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS JOB




  • 10+ years related professional experience



  • 5+ years of technical program and/or project management experience



  • 2+ years in working with Human Resources systems, preferably with experience implementing new enterprise solutions



  • Workday implementation experience is highly preferred, working with Performance, Compensation, and Learning modules



  • Experience leading large, highly complex, multi-million-dollar projects managing both internal stakeholders and external vendors



  • Portfolio/Program management experience, managing the input of multiple project streams for effective delivery of complex programs



  • Experience directly managing cross-functional staff teams (remote and offsite), vendors, and stakeholders throughout an organizational hierarchy to successfully execute projects



  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project-management software, such as Microsoft Project and ServiceNow



  • Relevant PMI Certification (PMP, PgMP) preferred



  • Relevant Change Management Certification (i.e., PROSCI) preferred



  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with experience in executive briefings






EDUCATION 




  • Bachelors’ degree in relevant field, Masters’ preferred, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification
