Is your idea of the “big picture” more of a massive billboard than a framed 8 x 10 photo? We’re seeking a Training Lead who is ready to take control of large-scale programs and applications for one of our clients in Denver.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Work in collaboration with project stakeholders and Project Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to develop and execute a training needs assessment and curricula design by audience
- Develop training implementation plan and schedule
- Lead and actively participate in curricula development, training development and translation process (translation is performed by a third party vendor)
- Develop all defined training content, leveraging Enable Now tool
- Manage training materials review process & translation process
- Work with project manager to identify key milestones related to training and incorporate into the overall project plan.
- Support defined training strategy goals
- Manage training delivery, schedule & logistics across various regions and offices
- Coordinate training logistics between program, project, region, sites
- Assess training effectiveness and go-live readiness
- Contribute to project risk assessment as it relates to training.
- Manage strategy, development and deployment risks and resolves any issues
- Serve as point of escalation to resolve any open decisions or obstacles related to the above mentioned areas.
- Document lessons learned at the end of the training cycle.
- Operate in an Agile/Hybrid Model.
- Drive issue resolution at all levels and escalate as necessary.
- Ensure involvement of participants in order to meet deadlines.
- Provide input into the overall project status report with input from team in conformance with PMO requirements.
- Experienced in collaborating with teams on a more complex project or program decisions across multiple areas, evaluating tradeoffs and providing options and recommendations to senior executives.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS JOB
- Proven track record with successfully leading training and creating training curriculum for global implementations
- Has knowledge and working experience with SAP Enable Now tools
- Works cooperatively with IT, Business functions, and multiple 3rd party providers to achieve common objectives.
- Experienced working with users in a global environment.
- Leads by example and is a proactive agent of change, has conflict resolution and risk management experience.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- A demonstrated passion for customer service.
- Previous training experience leading a SuccessFactors Employee Central and/ or other Talent Modules Implementation.
- Experience leading and creating training for cloud software applications.
