Description
Long-term career opportunity for a professional housekeeper / laundress needed for formal household in St. Helena. This is a position that requires extreme attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning products for various finishes and surfaces. The housekeeper would be responsible for daily tasks such as cleaning, vacuum, iron, laundry, etc, and then transitioning from day to day cleaning and tidying to larger projects on an as-needed basis. If there is extra time, the family would appreciate if the housekeeper could do basic meal prep and/or set the table for them.
Experience Requirements
-3 or more years of experience working in a private home with verifiable references-Experience working in a formal home with high end furnishings
Educational Requirements
-Fluency in English

-Attention to detail-Knowledgeable of cleaners-Resourceful-Self starter-Works well without too much direction
Responsibilities
-All housekeeping related duties-Rotate deep cleaning-Laundry and light ironing (duvet cover)-Care for custom cabinetry and appliances-Errand running a plus-Meal prep a plus
