IMMEDIATE NEED for a Technical Product Manager for a 3+ month contractin Santa Ana, CA who thrives in creating new products to improve the customer and user experience. Responsibilities:


Analyze inputs via product research, customer feedback, business KPIs and additional stakeholder / executive input;Create context with User STory mappiny and User Journey Mapping;Leverage API knowledge to modernize existing APIs;
Qualifications:


Proven experience in Product Management;Experience implementing or using BRMS such as ACTICO, InFUle, Open Rules, DROOLS, Sparking Logic, etc.;Salesforce administration or implementation experience;Excellent communication skills;Customer-focused.
