Accounting Manager

IMMEDIATE NEED for an Accounting Manager to join a global investment firm in Los Angeles, CA for a full-time, direct hire position. Ideal candidate will hold a CPA or MBA and come from a mix of private and public accounting background.

Responsibilities:  


Maintain charts of accounts, prepare financial calculations, assist with consolidation process, maintain financial systems, and participate in monthly management accountingResponsible for all operational aspects of the company’s management company entities, including daily cash transactions, posting activity, G&A expense, cash reconciliation, AP and accounts analysisIdentify and implement process improvement initiatives and prepare financial analysis and monthly management reports
Qualifications:


5-10 years of experience in accounting, preferable 4+ years in public accountingBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA or MBA is requiredStrong knowledge of GAAP, operations, account analysis, management reportingUnderstanding of entity and investment structures as well as operational conceptsExperience in BPC and Workday systems (Plus)
