Description
Part-time Chef needed for a client in the Mission District. The client enjoys an Ayurvedic style of cooking, but is certainly open to others. They do not have any dietary restrictions or allergies. Overall their strong preference is for healthy meals.The client is open to drop-off or someone cooking in the home. They would like someone available 3 days a week, ideally Monday-Wednesday-Friday, but they can be flexible. Candidate must have experience working in private homes and be following CDC guidelines and taking precautions around the pandemic.


Experience Requirements

4 years minimum working as a private chef with verifiable references

Educational Requirements

Culinary degree
Fluency in English

Qualifications

Experience with Ayurvedic cooking or similar style preferred
Must have cleaning driving record and reliable car for grocery shopping
Must be able to complete an independent background check

Responsibilities

Menu planning
Shopping for all food / kitchen basics and meals
Preparing meals for the week with detailed instructions for rewarming
Cleaning and leaving kitchen immaculate after use
Keep the kitchen/pantry organized
Prepare meals for additional days as requested
