6 Degrees Group is currently recruiting for a Real Estate company in the Atlanta area. Our client is seeking a CPA that has the ability Assist and supervise the accounting staff on complex accounting issues, problems and calculations.

Must have:

-Strong real estate industry experience 

-A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a CPA

-Supervisory experience 

This position will handle the following:

-Preparing annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts. 

-Reconcile expenses for Atlanta Cost Centers twice per year.

-Prepare CAM recs

-Daily accounting, including, but not limited to AR, AP and journal entries, for Atlanta Division entities and Cost Centers. 

Ideally this person will have Yardi and Argus experience.
