Budget Analyst

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Budget Analyst to join a well-known hospital for a 3 month contract with potential for conversion to permanent employee. The ideal candidate will have proficient experiences in budget analysis, variance analysis and purchasing functions.

Responsibilities:  


Perform purchasing function (quoting and invoicing) for the IT departmentCode invoices into general ledgerPerform budget and financial analysis
Qualifications:


2-4 years of accounting or financial analysis experienceFinancial analysis, variance analysis, budget analysisExcel (v-look ups, pivot tables, sum-ifs); experience creating and working with large linked excel filesGeneral understanding of GAAP and the General LedgerExperience in purchasing or procurementBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
