Desktop Support – Direct Hire

IMMEDIATE NEED – Desktop Support position, Direct Hire, for a Bio Medical company located in Irvine, Ca. Great opportunity for a company that is helping to fight the battle against Covid!

Responsibilities: Will be supporting approximately 200 users, ½ Research focused individuals and the other ½ are more typical Corporate users. Will be supporting Windows, MacIntosh, and some Linux.

Position will be onsite, but they are extremely strict and safe with their protocols!

               

Qualifications:


Knowledgeable in current Windows, Linux, and OSX EnvironmentsProficient in current versions of Microsoft Office Suite and O365Knowledgeable in TCP/IP, Security, & NetworkingHelp Desk and Ticketing Systems experience5 or more years of experience
Preferred:


Current Windows Server versions Active Directory & Group PolicySCCM/WSUSNetwork Infrastructure – VLANS, IP Address, routing, VPN, DNSVMware and vCenterPalo Alto Networks Firewalls & PanoramaAruba / Cisco SwitchesLansweeper
