Wholesale Operations Manager



IMMEDIATE NEED for a Wholesale Operations Manager to join a successful and fast-growing apparel design company in the Los Angeles area. 



Responsibilities:


Point person for major retailer orders, including EDI and vendor manual adherence.Review order details to ensure accuracy against vendor agreement & commitment, identifying pre-ticketing or special handling needsProactive working knowledge of account logistics and vendor routing guidesReview chargeback claimsManage data entry and customer service teamOptimize system utilization to establish best workflow of order management to maximize efficienciesWork with WMS help desk on any open ticket issues impacting order flowAssist reps with general order managementRun open order reports to ensure orders are allocated/will allocate against future WIPWaiting allocations review: verify if shortages are valid & report shortages to account managerManage new customer setup process across multiple systemsEnsure communication with warehouse for order accuracyManage Joor order flow and style setup.Respond to retailer requests for returns, damage claims etc.Review chargeback claimsAssist with special projects as neededSet up items in retailer portal (where applicable)Develop and maintain working relationships with stores, accounts/buyers and contacts
 

Qualifications:


2+ years wholesale operations experience in the apparel industry2+ years of working with multiple WMS2+ years EDI and vendor manual adherence experience
