HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Work with our client’s delivery leads and stakeholders to build and maintain production schedules for forecasting vendor resource capacity and allocation.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing and vendor relationship strategies.
Identifies, qualifies, selects, and monitors vendors.
Develop robust vendor relationships to maintain effective communication channels and ensure ongoing alignment across several operations teams.
Oversee monitoring of vendor performance against contractual obligations to ensure overall effectiveness of vendor provided services with utilization of performance dashboards, scorecards and/or reports.
Ensure performance improvement and recovery plans are in place with all vendor partners.
Manage contract operations and relationship management for all key vendor relationships.
Continually seeks optimal value in service from vendors, reviewing and monitoring performance and return-on-investment metrics and initiating contract modifications.
Lead discovery and research of new vendors/technologies.
Establishes systems and procedures to ensure and enhance overall quality of vendor services.
Manage governance structure and key contacts to ensure appropriate vendor interaction takes place to support our client’s successful operations.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS JOB
Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10 and MS Office 365 Suite, Intermediate to advanced with Excel.
Possess ability to communicate to all levels using excellent written and verbal communication skills, through phone, email, Teams, and other communication platforms as needed.
IT industry background working with app dev teams and contractors/consultants as a BA, Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
Experience with Tempo, Jira, ServiceNow, Oracle Identity Manager or any governance exp is nice to have.
