Major Areas of Responsibility

• Complex reconciliations and make journal entries
  


• Complete analysis for month end
  


• Work with debt service including distributions
  

Requirements

• BA in Accounting, ideally CPA or tracking
  


• Ideally three to five years of experience
  


• Real estate industry plus
  


• Requires excellent communication skills
