Sr. Desktop Analyst (Medical Research Lab)
IMMEDIATE NEED for a Sr. Desktop Analyst (Medical Research Lab) to join an Organization at their Irvine, CA location regarding a 6+ months contract engagement in which it will most likely continue to extend much further. The ideal candidate would have a background providing IT Support in a Medical or Research Lab - not required.
Responsibilities:
Set up and support both Windows 10 and Mac OS machines. Imaging experience. Patching, remote desktop, AV experience, network, VPN, general IT troubleshooting. Supporting user needs in a medical research environment. Could include lab environments, so will need to be ok with possible animal research. Physical/manual effort to support this work includes lifting, kneeling, crawling, etc.
Qualifications:
Windows PC and Mac OSX troubleshooting background.Network Connectivity troubleshooting background.Desktop Support, but an "IT Jack of all trades" kind of an individual with good interpersonal skills would match perfectly with the environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Medical or Research Lab environment IT Support experience - not required.
