In this role you will assist with:
Scheduling and coordinating meetings with staff
Processing department invoices and expenses
Creating and maintaining reports
Tracking and entering documents
Other duties as assigned
We are looking for someone with:
1 – 2 years of admin related experience
Must have experience supporting teams of people or a department of people, not just 1 or 2 individuals
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be proficient in MS Office
Bachelors degree highly preferred
