Full Desk Recruiter needed Hamilton, NJ office.
ATRIA Consulting is a nationally certified woman-owned diverse business actively seeking experienced Full Desk Recruiter candidates with staffing agency industry experience to join our dynamic NJ team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage their own book of business, possess a strong track record of staffing for a variety of roles, is able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and work successfully under tight deadlines. Must be able to work primarily out of the Hamilton, NJ office and be able to travel to the NYC office on occasion.
Job Responsibilities:
-Schedule interviews with clients, negotiate rates, acquire and review job descriptions and personalize the client experience from beginning to end of the staffing process.
-Clarify job requirements, identify recruitment strategy, execute recruiting process, and report progress.
-Own the entire full life cycle recruitment process for all roles including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, and submitting candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, referrals, internal database, job fair recruiting, and headhunting practices to source candidates, etc.
-Interview prospective candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements.
-Develop and maintain a strong ongoing and active pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future client base.
-Prepare candidates on expectations for the interview process, debrief candidates before and after the interview, and counsel candidates on job offers and counteroffers.
-Participate in daily team meetings to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully
Required Qualifications:
-3 years+ experience in the staffing industry or fast-paced corporation a MUST with a proven track record of submittals vs placements in all levels and skillsets.
-National full life-cycle candidate recruiting experience with a special emphasis on the New Jersey/ Pennsylvania/ New York market.
-Experience recruiting and submitting for government contracts, VMS-type positions, and direct clients.
-Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment, while maintaining a sense of urgency.
-Must have extensive experience working with multiple requirements at once, all with tight deadlines.
-Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
-Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills
-Possess strong people skills and able to talk to candidates from all levels (HR to C-level)
-Must have a proven track record of success recruiting for a variety of roles
-Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Applicant Tracking Systems (JobDiva), and Resume Job Sites, and Social Media
-Daily utilization of SOCIAL MEDIA sites, Internet searches, database searches, referrals, third party sub-contracting, college-level r-recruiting and headhunting practices to source candidates, etc
-Extensively utilize Internet job search engines writing job posting advertisements and sourcing candidates.
