DAY TO DAY WORK INCLUDES:
Perform precision functions involving the cutting, preparation, and packaging of meat
Use hook, knife, saw, band saw or other equipment to remove bones, trim, skin, separate, sort or cut standard or premium cuts of meat to specifications in preparation for further processing or packaging.
Remove any defective product.
