Work 3 to 5 days per week (22.5 to 25 hours per week)
Provide needs assessments, crisis intervention, case management and process public aid application for residents along with maintaining confidentiality
Arrange educational programs for residents and staff
Maintain files in accordance with HUD and LSSI requirements and complete all reports in a timely manner
Act as a resource to the Housing Manager and maintain contacts in the community
Coordinate schedules, and resident services and programs with other onsite Service Coordinator
Computer knowledge and Excellent Customer Service
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field
Preferred experience with older adults and entitlements
Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
Willingness & Ability to participate/obtain HUD related training or other training as needed
