Essential Responsibilities
Develop and deploy paid digital media and SEO strategies in alignment with business unit objectives
Manage ongoing campaign optimization (bid management, come/cap optimization, content optimization)
Oversee A/B and Multivariate campaign testing through collaboration with our analytics team
Drive Keyword strategy across brands and lines of business
Review and direct display media creative through collaboration with our creative team and marketing managers
Direct external agencies to execute digital media plans/campaigns
Prioritize and Drive Technical SEO roadmap with IT stakeholders and Digital Experience
Develop reporting framework in collaboration with our analytics team for Paid Search, SEO, Display/Retargeting and Affiliate channels against key performance ROI
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time internationally and domestically
Enough about us—tell about you---If you have:
5+ years of experience in developing, managing, and executing paid digital media for companies in B2C and B2B channels
Paid Search, Display/Retargeting, SEO, Affiliate campaign management.
A working knowledge of Google and Bing Ads platforms
Understanding of paid search bid management tools such as Google Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Marin
Working knowledge of enterprise content management systems and knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS as they relate to SEO; ability to translate data driven customer search insights into impactful, innovative solutions; excellent problem-solving skills as well as data storytelling and presentation skills
