Typical Job Duties:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
* Research customer issues and assist customers from start to completion of order
* Ensure documentation is detailed and accurate in the computer
* Enter orders
* Follow up with shipment details
* Coordinating appointments
* Enter credit card and other payment data into system account
Requirements:
* Must have 2+ years of experience in a customer service/administrative role in an office environment (not retail) with verifiable references
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to shifting priorities
* Work independently and be able to display good judgment and problem solving skills
* Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
* Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency and fast and accurate typing skills
* High School diploma
*Background check and drug screen will be required prior to placement
