* They apply the application/material with a screw gun then passed to next operation.
* Simple and repetitive processes.
* Must apply a bit of force when using the screw gun. 6-9 screws on each door panel.
* No heavy lifting required.
* 3 breaks-paid
* 10 hour shifts
