Our Client is looking for multiple, qualified Helpdesk Supervisor candidates to support their Enterprise Level 1 Helpdesk team. Ideal candidates will have experience with customer End-user support and working experience of general helpdesk responsibilities as well as Helpdesk Supervisor experience. These Supervisors will be supervising a team of up to 15 Helpdesk Agents. Prior Helpdesk Team Lead/Supervisor experience is required. Candidates will also need pass an interim clearance check through our company while onsite in the position (We can onboard someone into the job while the clearance process is running).
