WorkDay HRIS Manager - Direct Hire - Global Firm
IMMEDIATE NEED for a WorkDay HRIS Manager to join our Global Professional Services Client here in Los Angeles. You will be leading in governing the company-wide talent management systems, which covers multiple states and continents.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead team in administering company wide HRIS systems - WorkDayConsistently review, analyze and provide recommendations for future HRIS enhancements to improve HR efficienciesEnsure data integrity throughout the HRIS system by establishing ongoing audits and SOPsAble to lead any required change management communications and training for all HRIS system processesLead team in creating or preparing reports to analyze data based on executive and leadership needsMaintain relationships with all contracted WorkDay suppliers or vendorsStay informed of current system requirements and compliance to present to management on new modules for optimal performance
Qualifications:
Experience in leading HRIS teams specifically in WorkDayOver 5 years of hands on experience with WorkDay or related HRIS SystemsFamiliar in governing and leading management of enterprise level HRIS SystemsExperience supporting all HR modules, as well as configuration, upgrade and deploymentIntegration experience is a plusAbility to create customized dashboard reports and work with executives to utilize data for visualizationStrong knowledge of HR, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits modulesAbility to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive data
