What you will be doing as a Network Engineer:




Provide voice advanced technical support and direction to lower level technicians in a Network Operation environment
Responsible for troubleshooting and configuring Cisco IP
24 x 5 support with on-call rotation during the weekends
Execute Voice change requests submitted by the Customer


What you will bring to the table as a Network Engineer:




Minimum Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) “Collaboration” or “Voice” certification
5 years of hand-on experience in Voice
Strong customer service and support skills
Strong written / verbal skills
