Job description

Loyal Source has an immediate need for Emergency Medical Technicians for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL. This position is a 6 week contract to start with possible extension. Candidate must be able to start on Wednesday, August 12, 2020.



 



SCHEDULE:




  • Sunday – Saturday, 7 days a week

  • Hours: 7:00AM – 4:00PM

  • EMT's can rotate, 7 on 7 off

  • Must be able to attend Orientation on Wednesday 8/12 and start Thursday 8/13



 



REQUIREMENTS:




  • Certification as an EMT in the State of Florida

  • Must have at least one year experience within the last 24 months.

  • BLS



 



SALARY INFORMATION:



40hr Weekly Gross: $976.40




  • Taxed: $20.00 / hr

  • Fringe Benefits: $4.41 / hr



48hr Weekly Gross: $1,040.00




  • Taxed: $20.00 / hr

  • OT: $30.00 / hr



56hr Weekly Gross: $1,280.00




  • Taxed: $20.00 / hr

  • OT: $30.00 / hr



TYPE OF WORK:




  • Obtains medical histories and completes necessary paperwork on patients including vital signs

  • Assists with medical appointments, emergencies and sick call to include taking vital signs and documenting patient’s medical complaints

  • Coordinates health care needs of patients with other staff members

  • Performs record keeping functions in accordance with policies
