Now is your chance to go forth and add to our tradition as we are seeking a remarkable individual to join our clients team in Basking Ridge, NJ and with your experience in full ownership of execution and support of a robust portfolio of products to support large-scale enterprise deployments by enabling viable Third Party solutions, managing suppliers, and onboarding new partners, you will help drive success as a Solutions Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, managing, planning, executing, and supporting a portfolio of products within the clients Business Solutions Store resale program to support enterprise Sales and Product groups. You will enable viable 3rd Party solutions that meet the customers’ mobility needs – establishing new agreements, onboarding partners to the Business Solutions Store, developing SKUs, and coordinating go-to-market and full life-cycle activities. Highly capable Solutions Architects will be tasked with coordination of channel strategies and delivery as a partner for one or more channel Business Operations teams (i.e. Public Sector, Large Enterprise, SMB, etc) In addition, you will formulate development and implementation of product plans – establishing routes to markets/channels and supporting the resulting product management efforts. You will be the Point of Contact for technology teams to articulate the Business Solutions Store requirements for Software/Product development groups, and you will deliver those requirements through Agile product development processes, supporting commercial releases, providing post-launch triage and ad-hoc troubleshooting calls to identify resolutions to BuSS Resale Enablement issues.
What you will be doing as an Solutions Architect
Follow the client’s Product Development LBA process including Ideation, Product Development, and Delivery phases
Develop product vision and strategies to varied audiences, including executives and cross-functional teams
Engage with customers, sales, business unit marketing, and other stakeholders to define the requirements and roadmap
Own the business execution plan for assigned products and solutions, collaborating with business unit marketing and other teams for delivery of associated revenue and profitability goals
Research, demo, and evaluate software and/or hardware solutions
Drive new development initiatives from inception through launch including managing the product development launch process
Identify ongoing opportunities for operational efficiencies to ensure customer satisfaction, continued revenue growth, and increased market share
Develop process metrics to improve the performance of BuSS Resale Program operations with an emphasis on improving customer satisfaction related to the timely resolution of escalated support issues
What you bring to the table as an Solutions Architect
10+ years of hands-on, professional experience related to the full lifecycle program ownership with an emphasis on technology-driven solutions for Business Support/Services
Highly proficient with all aspects of Project/Program Management with demonstrated success of fulfilling deliverables satisfactorily with regards to roadmap, timeliness, budget, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly build trust and a sense subject-matter authority to gain buy-in, drive adaptation, create beneficial negotiation terms, and present highly technical and analytical information to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical skills at all levels of the organization both internally and externally including suppliers, vendors, and customers
Expertise in creating detailed user stories to identify integration requirements, using JIRA environment to maintain the requirements
Proficient understanding of enterprise business functions including IT, Finance, Contracting, Onboarding, Private Network, Revenue Assurance, Provisioning, and Device/Network Management
In-depth understanding with industry/functional background related to one or more of these systems: 5G Network Technologies, Device Technologies, FOTA/MOTIVE, SalesForce, ECPD, SaaS, IoT, Industry 4.0, and/or OD Portal
Highly proficient with daily tools and methodologies including Agile/Waterfall methodology, JIRA, Microsoft Office, SalesForce, Vizio, ECPD, etc
