IT Client Services Manager
IMMEDIATE NEED for an IT Client Services Manager to join a well-established IT services company for a contract to hire position at their Long Beach, CA office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a service delivery environment supporting end-user's IT needs.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of service engagements, service level attainment, resource management and operational performance
Direct and manage engagement development while defining and implementing best practices
Manage deadlines, schedules and customer experience between stakeholders, engineers and support teams
Consult with clients regarding projects scope, technical and operational abilities
Coach and manage engagement team members
Qualifications:
7 years of relevant experience
Experience in a service delivery environment supporting end-users' IT needs
Experience with project management and coordination of responsibilities
Experience with developing and growing strong client relationships
