IT Desktop / Deskside Support
Manufacturing Facility- 12 months contract role.
Responsibilities:
Support of all computer & network equipment on the Manufacturing Floor and WarehouseMonitor and maintain all computer devices consistent with defined polices and Manufacturing groups business requirementsMonitor and report any IT or Cyber security and threat risksProvides 7x24 on-call troubleshooting and problem resolutionProvides 1st-level and 2nd-level support for IT related mattersUtilize approved procedures to ensure that hardware and software are deployed, implemented and supported per business requirements and aligned to company standards/policies
Qualifications:
Several years of experience supporting an enterprise environment within a manufacturing or warehouse setting is idealStrong communication skills with ability to interface with users at all levels within the manufacturing facilityExperience installing and configuring Microsoft Windows ServersExperience installing and configuring Unix / Linux computersFamiliar in installing and configuring Windows 10, 7, XP and legacy NT devicesExposure to storage (SAN, local), backups, disaster recovery protocols
