IMMEDIATE NEED for a Project Manager to join a well-established and fast growing real-estate organization.  This will be a remote project. 

Responsibilities:


As a Project Manager over Chat Box implementation, you’ll be responsible for implementing an AI/ Self-service function.First step is to get the virtual call center to be able to handle questions etc. so they may eliminate the headcount.You will be working with Google Dialogue FlowIntegration with a CRM, client is using Cloud PBX Ring Central. You will need to have experience not necessarily with Ring Central, but with a telephony systemYou will enable the organization to allow customers to view properties and without a leasing agent with them. Through this app, customers will be able to guide themselves around properties to see the pool, gym, parking, etc.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

 


7+ years project management experienceExperience with Google DialogflowCall center experienceExperience with CHAT BOX, AI and integration with CRM systems
