Help Desk Analyst
Contract to Hire
100% remote currently, but eventually will be located in Santa Ana, Ca 92707
IMMEDIATE NEED to join a well known Financial Services firm in Santa Ana, Ca. Position has a strong contract to hire opportunity and great work environment.
Responsibilities: This position is the first line of support for internal customers. Will be providing PC / Laptop, mobile device, software, and connectivity support. Mode of communication is through phone, chat, and email. This is a 100% remote support position – no physical deskside support involved.
Position is responsible for working a queue, providing timely and excellent technical customer service, triage and solving problems, and escalating to Network , information security, or desktop Architecture teams when necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Help Desk or Service Desk environmentExcellent customer service skillsGood communication skillsAbility to work with / through a ticketing system and call tracking softwareShould have experience with Windows 8/10; Explorer 9,10,11Cisco VPN, Service Now, Cisco VoIP and Soft phone a plusWill be supporting printers – HP/Kodak/Canon; Scanners and RightFaxAdditional Mobile device support a strong plus – both iOS and AndroidShould have minimum typing of 40 WPM
