Intratek is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site of our customers in an end user support capacity providing exceptional customer service. Our Mid to Sr. Desktop Refresh Technician will perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software. Using knowledge in all aspects of computer design, functionality, system operation, and network infrastructure. This technician will be working in the Deployment Center of the IT deparment. This role will handle PC refreshes along with imaging and data migration as well as Thin Client deployment. 

Required Skills / Qualifications:

2-3 year of experience migrating workstations to WIN 9 or 10

3 years demonstrating professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms / systems / applications and tools to include Operating system expertise – Windows as well as MS Office Support

3 years LAN/NETWORK connectivity, and basic network connectivity assessment for troubleshooting or setups

3 years of experience in connectivity and telecommunications/networking

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Evaluates and tests software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards

Demonstrates excellent Customer Service

Install and configure network devices (i.e. network printers, scanners, plotters, PCs, etc.). Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices. Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect (activation of data drops).



Assist with imaging of laptops and PCs for deployment.
