*NEW* Infrastructure Support Admininstrator

Onsite at Waltham, MA site. Initially remote and post-COVID, onsite.

Responsibilities: 


Desk side support (specific engineering apps, software simulators, Windows and Linux OS)Infrastructure support (server, storage, VMs, network) – does not have to be an expert but needs to have basic troubleshooting understanding of the conceptsExperience in hands-on support as well as ability to collaborate with teams remotely on resolution
Qualifications:


Ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years of hands on experience with systems administrationExperience in building and troubleshooting Windows and Linux clientsExperience in configuring and supporting VLANs, ACLs, security rules, troubleshooting port issuesExperience in security control measures: Installation, troubleshooting and issue resolution for Firewalls, AV solutionsVirtualization experience preferredExcellent communication skills – interface effectively with users, contractors, corporate IT servicesAble to work independently as well as collaboratively with central / Corp IT services when neededSkilled in day to day IT support – SW installations, troubleshooting network/connectivity, servers and desktop issues
