*NEW* HR COORDINATOR - 75% REMOTE
IMMEDIATE NEED for a HR COORDINATOR for a 75% remote / 25% onsite in Dallas, TX 9 - 12 + month contract / potentially contract to hire opportunity!
W2 ONLY, NO C2C
Must be able to convert without sponsorship or transfer
Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Manager’s in the administration/coordination of a project• May have responsibility over a smaller scale project or phase of a small scale project.• Update and maintain project templates to track the progress of various projects, measure deliverables and completion of tasks• Streamline project execution based on past experience• Provide support by researching related subjects for various projects• Communicate with necessary internal departments to obtain information needed for various projects
• Keep project team updated with any relevant changes, ensure all documentation is maintained and completed• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and strategic initiatives• Write draft level functional specs or gather information/requirements for specs.• Prepares and distributed communications to a wide employee audience• Assist in special projects as assigned to support HR initiatives
Qualifications:
• MS Software skills• Organizational and coordinating skills• General analytical skills.• Oral communication skills sufficient to gather information and relay project information to a wide audience. • Written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation.• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines• Typically have 4+ years of administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Workday and/or Salesforce experience.
