Description
A family in Laurel Heights is looking for a kind, caring nanny for their 5-month-old daughter. They hope to find someone who is calm, collaborative and open to following their parenting preferences and would love someone who is familiar with the RIE method. Their daughter has a routine, but they're prefer someone not too rigid (ie: if baby isn't exhibiting tiredness, putting her down a little later than her regular nap time), and who is not overly engaging (baby should have time for independent play). Additional responsibilities include light tidying, child's laundry, preparing foods/meals when baby transitions to solids, diapering, bottle prep, etc. Both parents work remotely and are looking for someone who has experience working with stay-at-home parents and/or is comfortable with them being around / occasionally interacting with the baby.
