Description
Our wonderful long term clients are seeking an educated and engaging distance learning helper to keep their 4 children engaged with their respective virtual sessions and facilitate the learning process by following the school's curriculum. The children are 10, 8, almost 7 and 5 years old. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate the children and help them solve any questions that may come up during the school day. Must be comfortable working alongside mom or dad who will oversee some of the children's sessions as well.


Experience Requirements
2 or more years of experience working in a private home or school setting.


Educational Requirements
A.A or B.A Degree required.


Qualifications

Engaging, fun, and patient
Able to follow along with children's school curriculum
Provide homework assistance if needed
Anticipate and guide learning outcomes for different grade levels
Effective communicator and able to connect with each child on their personal level
Active participator, communicator and facilitator
Willingness to partake in Covid 19 testing
Must observe government guidelines for social distancing and household protocols
