Job description

Loyal Source is currently hiring a Program Manager with employee relations experience to oversee one of our large Government contacts. The Program Manager will be responsible for a team of 9-13 support specialists who oversee the full operations of a large government contract. This individual will be heavily involved in employee retention, scheduling and logistics while ensuring that the project hits all major deadlines and benchmarks.

QUALIFICATIONS:




  • Bachelor's degree- Required

  • 5+ Years of Experience with managing teams of 5+ direct reports - Required

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Preferred

  • Military veteran, spouse or military contract experience Preferred

  • Well versed in all employment regulations and laws on both federal and state levels. Organizational/follow-up skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple and changing tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality at all times.

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Must have good time management skills

  • Ability to quickly and efficiently communicate information in a clear and concise manner

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred but not required



 



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES




  • Alerts HR of start dates of contractors to ensure that payroll information is completed

  • Coordinates the security process and onboarding requirements

  • Maintains multiple databases used to collect quality control data to ensure all new and completed task orders are recorded to include a master listing of contract personnel based on contract period of performance, location, job position

  • Coordinates daily activities of the LSGS around deadlines, start dates and coordination of scheduling for contractors.

  • Conducts interviews with applicants to determine clinical qualifications and right fit

  • Managing employee relations work flow including, but not limited to: scheduling, audits, documentation, communication with candidates as well as management team, documentation and follow up.

  • Assists with inquires and issues related to benefits and other administrative HR processes,

  • Assist the PM and HRD to create and host quarterly training with the PSS team

  • Maintains staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

  • Assist with monthly projects and reports such as Last Date Paid Audits, Term Logs, etc.

  • Ability to run and analyze reports

  • Handle confidential information and matters of discretion in a professional manner.

  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors

  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
