Project Manager (CRM implementation)

This is a remote project

 

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Project Manager to join a SCM/Logistics company.  This is a remote project of 6+ months.  In this role, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of Information Technology projects to ensure that goals and/or objectives of each project are accomplished within prescribed time-frame and budgetary parameters. Our client is currently using Salesforce for Marketing and Sales, so they need to implement Salesforce for the Service department to start, with an overall plan to look at CRM as a holistic approach to get to one customer record.

 

Responsibilities:


Develop IT project plans, including (but not limited to) milestones, user acceptance testing and sign-offsDevelop risk analyses for each project, including critical dependencies and contingency plansWork with IT Management and cross-functional Leadership to schedule IT projects based on available resourcesDevelop dashboards and report project statuses to IT Management and relevant project stakeholdersManage multiple projects simultaneouslyWork with IT management to plan resources around project loadingProvide motivation, leadership, and direction for project team-membersManagement and supervision of direct reportsWill be leading Salesforce implementation initiatives
 

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Business Administration, or equivalent experience10+ years direct experience as an IT Project ManagerStrong experience with Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Waterfall SDLC methodologiesMust have Salesforce implementation experienceStrong experience implementing and supporting CRM initiatives (specifically Salesforce)Experience compiling financial project cost data, coordinating business requirements and managing feasibility studies and time/cost estimatesExperience with process design, workflow analysis, re-engineering or other change management techniques whose purpose is to make and implement recommendations to improve effectivenessExcellent communication skills to translate business needs into system requirements and design specifications.Proficiency with Microsoft Project Professional, PowerPoint and ExcelProficiency with Agile PM software-tools and other PPM Applications a definite plus
