Service Desk Analyst (Bilingual in Chinese)
IMMEDIATE NEED for a Service Desk Analyst who is bilingual in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) to join an IT services provider in Torrance, CA. This is an entry level IT support position that is contract to hire. This position has remote capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist end-users in identifying and solving complex problems related to computers, hardware, software and related items.Interface with end-users to provide problem resolution via the phone, email, chat and remote desktop supportResearch end user issues, provide accurate descriptions of problems and escalate problems according to procedure
Qualifications:
Ability to provide technical supportAbility to provide exceptional customer serviceMust be fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
