Major Areas of Responsibility

• Preparing Consolidated Financial Statements
  


• Presenting reports to board and management
  


• Researching disclosures and monitoring debt compliance
  

Requirements

• CPA or in process
  


• Minimum of fours year experience ideally all in public or split public/private
  


• Excellent communication as very visible internally and externally
