You will work among the very best talent in the industry, working on some of the most innovative products around the globe to support remarkable R&D, Systems Engineer, and Product Validation to launch new mobile devices that are seamlessly integrated to our Wireless Carrier’s networks.



What You'll Do As a Systems Testing & Validation Engineer:




Responsible for system validation, verification, and technical support of wireless 5G/4G LTE RAN networks; with an emphasis on testing RAN CP and OAM Features
Analyze the customer requirements, develop test strategy for a variety of features and functionalities, and convert the requirements into test plans and detailed test procedures
Debug issues and assist in determination of resolution to issues discovered during testing
Provide input for improvements to lab functionality, test automation, training, and lab maintenance procedures
Analyze and recommend test equipment, test methods to validate essential requirements, and interface proactively and effectively within the Client and with wireless customers related to testing activities
Present project status, milestones, and position on the project roadmap to key stakeholders at all levels of the organization


What You'll Bring to the Table as a Systems Testing & Validation Engineer:




A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience supporting QA activities related to R&D or Product Development with an emphasis on reliability testing and Systems Verification & Validation activities
At least 1 year of experience supporting projects related to mobile devices and/or consumer electronics and the ability to integrate and operate with quality (QoS), Reliability (RoS) and security on Wireless 5G / 4G LTE Networks
Thorough understanding of SDLC and fundamentals of Embedded Software / Systems Development with strong knowledge on low-level device drivers, microcontrollers, and hardware-level Embedded testing
Familiarity with Laboratory testing as well as Field testing and the processes and requirements related to each
Highly proficient with various Testing and Validation equipment such as RF testing equipment, signal processors, spectrum analyzers, protocol analyzers, XCAL, QXDM, Wireshark, etc
Proficient with Wireless/Cellular specific concepts such as Hybrid Beamforming, Massive MIMO, New Waveforms, LTE-NR Interworking, 5G Numerologies, Call-Flow, etc
Ability to create relevant technical documentation to record requirements traceability, test plans, test results, Test Case, bug reports, version guides, and release documentation
